Wednesday! Whatcha Eatin? R U Moving?
Last night I thought I was going to faint when I was running. It was so hot and muggy--I felt like I was running under water. I had to run a bit then walk a bit. The last mile I ran all the way because I was being chased by a thunderstorm....didn't feel up to getting struck by lightning! I swear it isn't worth it to miss 4 days of working out in a row....getting back to it is brutal!
Eats today:
B1-1 slice ww toast with PB and 1/2 banana
B2-6 oz chicken breast
L-burger patty (cooked at home) and 1/2 c spaghetti with a few tbsp marinara sauce
S-Chobani
S-Del Monte naturals fruit cup
D-3 oz salmon and 1/2 cup corn
Dessert-frozen fruit bar
Exercise: P90X shoulders and arms
