TGIF! Whatcha Eatin? R U Exercising? Did U Weigh?

Happy Friday!  We officially have the wedding dress at our house!  Picked it up yesterday.  We are off to New Orleans next Friday to have her bridal portraits taken.

For those in the Bham area:  we at at Pacific Rim last night.  It is on Hwy 150 by the Galleria.  AMAZING sushi! 

I weighed this morning--I seem to be holding on to my normal weight again....I lost that 4 lbs and they seem to be staying away!!


Eats today:

B1-Jimmy Dean D-Light breakfast sandwich
B2-Kashi bar
L-chicken salad and crackers
S-Chobani peach
S-watermelon
D-grilled pork chops and veggies (was supposed to have this yesterday and went out instead)

Dessert--none, will be having evening ****tails

No exercise today-my off day

This weekend:

Tomorrow DH and I will run 4 miles in the morning and then we are going to cut a friend's yard for her.  Sunday DD and I will do weights after church.

Yeah for pounds staying off!

B:  toasted oats with almond milk
L:  1 slice pumpernickel toast with ham and cheese
S:  Venti Skinny Iced cinnamon dolce latte......with extra shot of espresso.....my daily staple b4 work!
D:  1/2 Ham and cheese on toast, fresh veggies with dill dip
D2: Same as D1
S:    Handful of cashews and almonds

Exercise:   2.5 miles!  And lots of sweat from working outside this evening!

Weight is stable and at 139.
