Wednesday! Whatcha Eatin? R U Moving?

Ever have one of those days where your eating plan goes out the window and you cannot get satisfied no matter how much crap you eat???  Yesterday was one of those days for me!  I got into the cookies when I got home from work and then it was downhill.....guess I'll have to workout extra hard tonight....maybe because I ran yesterday morning it made me more hungry???  I really wish I dumped....at least I'd get a "slap" when I get naughty!  Seriously though, I try to take those days in stride and just not let that kind of eating become a habit again

Eats today:

B1-Jimmy Dean D-Light breakfast sandwich
B2-grilled chicken breast (6 oz) - I nibble on this between 8 and 10
L-Sushi
S-Chobani mango yogurt
D-salmon and corn on the cob

Dessert-I really need to skip it, but if I have something it will be a NSA fudge bar (80 cals)

Exercise:  something with weights today since I'll run again tomorrow morning.

Oatmeal with Flax Seed, and I am already wearing my swimsuit for my daily swim!  Lost three pounds from my stall -- motivated to swim harder, today!  My snack on the way to the pool, Low Sodium V8, and a protein shake after I swim...

Good news on the stall breaking!  I am amazed at all the swimming you do!  That is great exercise.  Nice to see you here, it is kind of quiet, I like getting a response!!

Back at work.  Today is my monday.  I had outpatient surgery last Friday and took a couple of days to relax and heal.

B:  2 eggs, 3 oz. ham and cheese
L:  6 crackers, 1/2 Protein Bar
S:  1/2 Protein Bar
D:  3 oz grilled turkey, and a handful of baked Tater Tots......I know they are bad but I just had to have them!
S:   Handful of Peanuts, 6 crackers


Exercise:  Didn't happen.  Too much rain!
