Hump Day! Whatcha Eatin? R U Moving?
Travel was exciting...got to Charlotte around 5:00 p.m. Monday and boarded flight for Charlottesville VA--sat for an hour in the plane at gate and it was blistering hot.....they had a problem with the GPS....mechanical "fixed" it....and once we backed up about 10 feet, it broke again. Offered to let them use my Garmin, but they declined. So we deplaned, and by the time we got back inside our flight was canceled, as was the other flight to Charlottesville.....so now several hundred people are scrambling for flights.....and we had a 9:00 meeting the next morning....so we rented a car and drove for 4 hours. We got to the hotel around midnight.....
The weather was sooo nice in VA! It was a cool 55 in the morning and high around 75.....very nice!
Today's eats:
B1-Jimmy Dean D-light breakfast sandwich
B2-grilled chicken breast
L-going to Chili's.....some kind of salad
S-Chobani mango
D-salmon and veggies
Dessert-NSA ice cream bar
Exercise: something with weights today.......P90X and abs

You visited my home state! I love summers in VA but the winters are HORRIBLE! Glad you made it. I absolutely hate flight delays and cancellations.

L: 3 oz. grilled chicken, 1/4 c. refried beans, chips with salsa
S: 6 pnut butter crackers and an iced venti skinny cinnamon dolce latte
D: 3 oz. grilled chicken, 1/2 c. green beans
S: banana
S: slice of deli chicken and slice of sharp cheddar cheese
EXERCISE: Doing 2 miles at work. Too hot to do much more!
