Thursday! Whatcha Eatin? R U Moving?
Yesterday I had to run errands after work--CVS, Walgreens, Publix.....then had to put it all away when I got home...and get something to eat. DH had a business dinner to attend, so I ate some leftover beans I'd cooked over the weekend.....then I cleaned all the fruits and veggies, cut up and put away all the fruit....then plopped my butt in the recliner and started watching TV.....big mistake, because I'd yet to go down and work out.
For a while I considered skipping it, but I'd already missed my workout Tuesday due to travel. So at 8:30 I made myself go do it....and once I started, I was okay with it. It made me realize how easy it would be to get out of the habit.
Today's eats:
B1-1/2 cup cottage cheese with NSA peaches and 1/2 ww english muffin
B2-5 oz grilled chicken
L-Lean Cuisine pizza, watermelon
S-Chobani strawberry banana yogurt
D-salad with baked chicken fingers
Dessert-NSA ice cream bar
Tonight I'll do a nice (but very hot!) 4 mile jog when I get home--all by myself--DD has plans and DH works too late. Just me and my ipod....pure bliss!
