Hot, Hot Tuesday! Whatcha Eatin? R U Exercising?

Last night DD and grand puppy and I waited until around 6:30 to go running....and it was not so bad.....I thin****il the heat lets up we'll be going later!  Tonight is yoga--in the cool basement!

Eats today:

B1-Jimmy Dean D-Lights breakfast sandwich
B2-left over grilled steak/pork chop
L-Salad and grilled chicken breast
S-fruit salad
S-Chobani pineapple
D-salmon and veggies

Dessert--NSA ice cream bar

I got up early today too and did 2 miles this morning.  I am usually an evening person but the heat is slowing me down.  BTW, I love yoga!!!!

I am also down 5 lbs. so I lost the 3 I gained on vacation plus 2 more!  I think I have sweated it off!

B:  scrambled egg with spinach, cheese, and onion, 1/2 toasted bagel, 2 slices turkey bacon
S:  Coffee
L:  1 serving Cream of Wheat
S:  3 deli slices turkey ham with mustard, handful of chips
D:  Same as breakfast!  I brought leftovers to work!
S:  Dannon Diabetic Friendly FIt and LIte Yogurt, slice of cheese, 6 saltine crackers
