Monday! Whatcha Eatin? R U Moving??

We had a somewhat lazy weekend.....we ran Saturday at 7:00 a.m. and it was still hot, then Sunday DD and I did the P90X core synergistics workout.....laid out in the sun an hour each day and that was all I could stand.....it is just too hot for me, and it is just June!

Saturday when we set out to run, I had on my running skirt and a sports bra (the kind you can wear as a top)...I usually always put a tank over this so my pizza dough belly doesn't show.  Well, I got busy and forgot to put on my tank top.....I realized this after I'd started running.  I was so much cooler without the tank, I really didn't care if anyone saw my belly!  From now on, I'm going running with my belly showing!   If someone doesn't like it, they can look the other way!! 

Eats today:

B1-1 hard boiled egg and 1 ww english muffin
B2-4 oz grilled chicken
L-Lean Cuisine Herb Roasted Chicken
S-Chobani yogurt
S-watermelon
D-1/2 cup pasta and 3/4 c meat sauce

Dessert-NSA ice cream bar

DD and I (and Doughnut, the grandpuppy) are going to run 4 miles this evening...I swear we will melt it is sooo hot!
