Friday! Whatcha Eatin? R U Moving? Did U Weigh?

Yeay!  I weighed this morning and down another 2, so that is 4 down in the past 2 weeks....I had been up 3 for about a month, but I felt smaller...my summer clothes from last year were bigger than they were last year but I weighed 3 lbs more.  I attributed it to muscle gain, and I still think I've gained muscle....I guess I just sweated out 4 lbs in the last 2 weeks!

Eats today:

B1-1/2 cup cottage chs with NSA peaches and 1/2 ww english muffin
B2-5 oz grilled chicken breast
L-Lean Cuisine steak tips portabello, cantaloupe
S-Chobani stawberry banana
D-not sure--meeting friends for drinks/dinner

No exercise today-off day.  I'll run 4 miles tomorrow morning and do yoga Sunday.

I got home late Friday night.  Too ashamed to post my food!  lol
I have gained 3 lb this past week.  Damn vacations!  So I will be back on track and making an effort to get those extra pounds off!

That is what vacations are for!  You'll drop those 3 lbs by just returning to normal life.  Any word on the job yet?  Do you have to move again?
