Happy Tuesday! Whatcha Eatin? R U Exercising?
Great weekend! Got up and ran this morning at 6 and it was still nice and cool--ran with my grandpuppy so that is always fun. We are running much longer distances now....all of a sudden I have much better stamina for the distances. I'm off to VA today for a business trip and wont be online tomorrow, so I'll be back in touch on Thursday!
Eats today:
B1-ww toast with PB and 1/2 banana
B2-steak/chicken 3 oz
L-lemon pepper wings (grilled Sun) and 1/2 ear corn
S-Chobani
