Long week!  And now, long weekend!!  Not much planned--of course we'll cook out Sunday, but nothing big going on....just gonna hang at the house.

Eats today:

B1-Jimmy Dean D-Lights breakfast sandwich
B2-3 oz grilled chicken
L-Lean Cuisine, cantaloupe
S-Chobani pineapple yogurt
S-Kashi bar
D-beans with ham

Dessert-coffee

I might exercise tonight--not sure yet.  Tomorrow I'll run 4 miles and Sunday I'll do weights.  Gotta shop today--have a business trip next week and it is "class A" dress code which means business attire....we are so casual here that I never replaced my business wardrobe so I have nothing to wear!  All of my clothes are casual to business casual (today is shorts and flip flop day!).

Good Morning! i weighed in this morning. im the only one trying to lose weight i know, but it keeps me accountable to someone. I was up .5lb. i can live with that and will do better next week.

B-protein shake
B2- sausage off a biscuit
L-no clue
D-something from red lobster.

2 girlfriends and I are going to see Bridesmaids and to Red Lobster!

OOH!  I forgot!  I did weigh and I lost 2.  But since I was on my high end of my range, it really isn't a loss!
