Monday--Whatcha Eatin? R U Exercising?

Had a great weekend....ran 4 miles Saturday and then did P90X yesterday.  Arms/abs are sore so I guess I did some good--I went up to 20 lb free weights for my arms on some exercises. 

Eats today:

B1-Jimmy Dean D-Light breakfast sandwich
B2-3 oz chicken breast
L-banana, Lean Cuisine pepperoni pizza
S-Chobani cherry yogurt
S-Kashi bar
D-1/2 cup pasta and 1 cup meat sauce

Dessert-s/f jello with pineapple and cool whip

Tonight DD and I will do P90X legs and back

B-chicken wrapped around a cheese stick w/ hot sauce
L-tilapia w/ salad
S-protein shake
D-salad w/ grilled chicken

im having a really hard time getting in all my fluids but im working on it.

Hi All.
Trying to really stick to high protein and get LOTS of water.  I am leaving for the beach this sunday and got a new bikini to take! So.....with that said, I need to get a beach body fast!  LOL

B:  1/2 c. Farina
L1:  3 oz. deli turkey, 1 slice cheese, 1 slice toast
L2:  3 oz. beef, pickle slices
S:    6 pnut butter and crackers
D1:  3 bites of turkey and provolone wrap
D2:  same as D1
S:  4 oz. dannon fit and lite yogurt

Exercise:   3 mile walk

Girl!  You rock that bikini!  Have fun at the beach.

And remember--all that great steamed seafood is good protein (but you can't count the beer as protein!!)

True on the Seafood and thank goodness I am not a beer drinker.....a little rum....definitely!  LOL
