Really sore from the workout last night.  Had a blood screening at the health fair at work today.....all my numbers are excellent.

I had to chuckle when the lady told me I'm overweight, and she could give me some info on how to lose a few lbs if I'm interested.  I told her this body has given up all it is going to give up!

Eats today:

B-Jimmy Dean D-Light breakfast bowl
S-slim jim
L-Lean Cuisine cheese cannaloni, cantaloupe
S-chicken breast
S-Chobani lemon
D-salad with baked chicken strips and boiled egg

Dessert-coffee

Exercise:  Tonight I'll run 4 miles

B-cottage cheese w/ tomatoes
S-protein shake
L-country fried steak w/ green beans
S-cheese stick

OMG....I think that is crazy....you are a BEAUTIFUL "overweight" woman.  People just don't understand,

B:  1 boiled egg, 1/2 slice toast
S:  Coffee
L:   Cheesburger extra pickles with only 1/2 the bun
D:   1 c. cooked chicken with cabbage, 1/4 c. cottage cheese, 1 fresh orange slice
D2:  1 boiled egg, 1 banana, handful of cocoa almonds
S:    Unsweet Tea


Exercise:  4.5 miles!  HOT out there today!
