Friday! Whatcha Eatin? R U Exercising? Did U Weigh?

This has been a long week!  I ended up not exercising last night because DD had a migrane, so tonight we'll do the arms/shoulders/ab workout before we sit on the back porch and have our ****tail!!  I weighed this morning--same as usual!

Eats Today:

B1-Jimmy Dean D-Light breakfast bagel
B2-3 oz rotissiere chicken
L-soup/crackers, banana
S-strawberries
S-Chobani lemon yogurt
D-steak baked sweet potato

no dessert today

I long for the day i get up and weigh the same as usual, on the lower side of things lol.

I weighed this morning. Down 6lbs this week. Im way beyond estatic because im not "dieting" im just making better choices that i should have been making all along. my goal is 10lbs a month so lets hope i keep on making good choices and exercising.

I did arm weights last night. i think all the weight ive gained has went to my arms, they are HUGE. i'll be hitting the elliptical tonight for 20mins and doing arm weights.

B-2oz cajun turkey around a cheesestick
L-catfish nuggets, pintos
S-? 3oz chicken if needed
D-baked tilapia w/ old bay, 1c salad maybe?
