Hump Day! Whatcha Eatin? R U Exercising?
Went running last night with DD and grand-dog.....I thought the path where we run was 4 miles round trip (there are no markers on it)...well, DD had her C25K program which tracks distance...when she got close to the end and met up with me and GD....she informed me at that point it was already 3.5 miles.....and we still had to go all the way back....which means I've been running at least 7 miles in an hour!! No wonder I'm so beat when I get done.....I guess I am now ready for a 10K!!
Eats today:
B1-1/2 cup cottage chs with NSA peaches, 1/2 ww english muffin
B2-Kashi bar
L-Healthy Choice steamer, Chicken marinara, banana
S-Chobani
D-roasted chicken from Publix, corn on the cob
Dessert-coffee
Exercise: we are walking my 'hood tonight....it is only 3 miles (I've driven it) and hilly--we speed walk it and the hills really get the backside hurting!!

B: 1 Boiled egg, 1/2 whole wheat bagel-toasted, 2 oz. steak
S: Coffee
L: 1 Boiled Egg, 1 slice toast, 4 baby carrots
D1: Cheeseburger with extra pickles from McD's
D2: 2 c. spinach salad with 3 oz. steak, few banana pepper rings, celery chunks, and 1/4 c. pecans
S: Handful of nuts, 6 RF crackers with P-nut butter
S2: Dannon Fit and Lite Diabetic friendly yogurt
I am trying to get back to more protein. I had strayed for a bit but weight is stable. Trying to tone up for that beach body that I desperately want!
