Tuesday! Whatcha Eatin? R U Moving?
I went to get my ultrasound on my gall bladder today to see if I have stones....stay tuned.
Today's eats:
B-egg mcmuffin
B2-Kashi bar
L-lean cuisine chicken enchilada suiza (I don't eat the rice) and a small chicken breast grilled
S-Chobani pineapple
S-1 cup watermelon
D-salad with grilled chicken
Dessert-coffee
Going running 5 miles tonight with DD and grand dog!

Good luck with the gall bladder, i had mine out when Jayden was just 3 months old. Horrible attacks when you first have a baby is scary, i thought i was dying. LOL. I will pray you dont have stones and everything comes back good!

I had my gallbladder removed at about 2 yrs post-op. I didn't have stones but it has stopped functioning.
B: 6 Reduced fat crackers with P-nut butter
L: 3 oz. steak, 1/2 small baked potatoe
S: Same as lunch
D: 1/2 c. chili mac at work
D2: Leftover 3 oz. steak
S: Handfull of Cocoa Almonds and a Lite and Fit Yogurt
Exercise: Not happening today.
