I weighed this a.m.--still the same---on the high end of my 3 lb "allowance".  My clothes fit fine though so I don't think it is real gain....it may be muscle.  I've been running more and doing more high intensity intervals so my leg muscles have gotten bigger.  I just have to keep an eye on it so I don't get a real gain.

This past week I've been in an exercising "funk".  I forced myself to run Tuesday and in the end I was glad I did it.  I had things to do each night so I didn't do any other workouts this week, and my knee pain was also flared up.  This morning I woke up with no pain and missing my exercise!  So tonight I'll do a good workout BEFORE I have my Friday martini!

Eats Today:

B-Jimmy Dean D-Lights breakfast bowl (ate 1/2 at 5:15, the other 1/2 at 7:45)
S-3 oz grilled chicken
L-WW Chicken Enchilada Suiza, pear
S-Chobani pineapple yogurt
D-not sure--probably left over chicken and cauliflower

Dessert-probably none since I'll have a martini tonight

Exercise tonight before dinner:  P90X

This weekend--tomorrow I'll run with DH in the morning--it is our 6th anniversary so we'll go out to dinner tomorrow night.  Sunday I'll cook a big family dinner--beef tenderloin and veggie kabobs on the grill, asparagus, collard greens and ham, whole wheat rolls and sweet potato fries.....and brownies for dessert.
