Weighed in today--2nd week on the high side of my 3 lb range.  So gotta cut back a bit (I wa****ting 1,800 calories almost every day the past two weeks and missed a few workouts!!)

Everyone stay safe today and keep your eyes on the weather!

B1-1/2 c cottage chs with NSA peaches and 1/2 ww eng muffing
B2-3 oz beef tenderloin
L-3 oz tilapia and 1/2 c cream corn, red grapes
S-Chobani Mango yogurt
D-grilled chicken and veggies

Dessert-coffee

No exercise for me--Friday is my day off.  Tomorrow I'll run and Sunday we are hiking (I'll do weights too on Sunday).  Have a great weekend!
