Today's Eats:

B1-1/2 ww eng muffin and 1 hard boiled egg
B2-Kashi bar
S-slim jim
L-grilled shrimp wrap, fresh fruit
S-Chobani
S-3 oz grilled chicken
D-Hamburger Helper

Dessert-coffee

No exercise for me--tonight is grocery night and rest (legs are sore from running yesterday)

It's my FRIDAY!  =)

B:  scrambled egg with fresh spinach, grilled chicken, and mozzarella cheese
L:  Protein Bar, 6 crackers with cheese
S:  Venti Skinny Cinnamon Dolce latte
D:  Homemade Chicken Fried Rice
S:  Handful of Almonds, 1 Serving NSA applesauce

Exercise:  Walked 2 miles before work today.  Will probably get in at least 3 more miles tonight!
