Enjoying my Chobani as I type!

B1-Jimmy Dean D-Lights breakfast sandwic
B2-3 oz grilled chicken breast
L-Japanese-a little rice, a few bites of the salad and a few bites of meat
S-Chobani pineapple yogurt
D-baked fish and veggies

Dessert-Slim a Bear ice cream bar

Exercise:  P90X chest and back (not my fave but I haven't done it in a while)
