Monday! Whatcha Eatin? R U Exercising??
A new week is here! It is Spring and a great time to take the workouts outdoors!
Saturday DH and I did an early morning run before it got too hot, then yesterday we did P90X arms and shoulders. Tonight DD and I will do P90X core synergistics.
Eats today:
B1-cottage chs and NSA peaches and 1/2 ww eng muffin
B2-3 oz grilled chicken breast
L-Healthy Choice grilled basil chicken, grapes
S-Chobani pineapple
S-a few crackers with cheese before I workout
D-baked pork chops and veggie
Dessert-coffee
