Friday Weigh In
For this week I dropped another 1.5 #. I am getting so close to this 10 # that I wanted to get off. I have went back to the protein and fluids. You can do this you just have to get your brain wrapped around what is important. Lets hear from the rest of you who have put on a pound or two. You can do.
Louise that is awesome!!! I began eating totally different 2 weeks ago and it is awesome how great I feel. Mainly fruits and vegies. Protein shakes are a part of it, also. All together I have lost 10 pounds. Also, I have totally stopped drinking diet cokes. I just pray that I don't pick them back up.
