Monday! Whatcha Eatin? R U Exercising?

I am so sore today!  Did P90X+ upper body and abs yesterday....my shoulder muscles are killing me.  I also helped hubby wash/clean both our cars.  The weather was just wonderful! 

Eats today:

B1-Jimmy Dean D-Lights english muffin breakfast sandwich
B2-2 small slim jims
S-Kashi Bar
L-3 oz chicken breast and some salad, a few light Ritz crackers (4), fruit cup
S-Chobani yogurt
D-stuffed bell pepper

Dessert-Klondike NSA ice cream bar

Exercise:  tonight I'll do P90X+ Kenpo--get a good cardio workout in!

I walked 2 miles this morning.  Ran a ton of errands, paid bills, bought b-day gift cards for the month, etc!

At work now and it looks like a storm is heading this way.

B:  1 slice toast, 1 piece breakfast quiche (egg, spinach, mushroom, onion and mozzarella)
L:  1 cheeseburger xtra pickle, unsweet tea
S:  1/2 Birthday cake pop and skinny cinnamon dolce latte from Starbuck's
D:  piece of leftover quiche, 1/2 c. almonds, 3 strawberries
S:  handful of pita chips

I am going to try and get back to doing this each day.  It really does help to be accountable.

B - plain oatmeal with 1 large strawberry and 1/2 banana
S - grapes
L - pintos and soy cheese
S - banana
D - cabbage and soy chicken
S - protein shake

I cannot exercise right now...but do get walking in when possible.
