Weigh In
Hey Louise! I had to travel to Cullman today so I was away from the computer. I weighed today--same as always--and I'm thrilled!
Food today:
B1-1/2 c cottage chs with NSA peaches and 1/2 ww eng muffin
B2-3 oz roasted chicken
L-pizza (2 pieces thin crust pizza
S-clementine
D-stuffed bell pepper and some salad
Dessert-NSA ice cream bar
No exercise today-Friday is my off day-tomorrow I'll run and Sunday I'll do weights. Have a great weekend!

I am having or have had:
B - 2 rice cakes and almond butter
S - banana and a few grapes
L - 1/2 baked pot. and salad
S - apple with peanut butter
Dinner - cabbage and soy chicken
S - probably banana/almond milk shake
Holding my weight. I have actually lost 5 pounds lately. Thanks...I need to do this every day.
