Hi Kim,

I ran 2 miles today!  Plan to run/walk in my first 5K on April 10th.

I need suggestions for calories.  i look at your food for the day and I don't see 1200-1500 calories.  I'm having  a hard time getting calories in.  Too scared of gaining weight when I'm still trying to loose.  I have 6 months until my wedding and I would prefer a certain sized dress.

Eats Today:
B:  Chobani Pineapple and hard boiled egg
S1:  8oz of protein
S2:  Kashi Granola Bar (Honey Flax Seed)
L:  3oz Trinidad Catfish, Salad w/FF Cesar, parmesian shredded cheese, tomatoes and red onions
S3:  Cocoa Roasted Almonds, 100 cal pak
D:  3oz of Sirloin Steak, romaine salad, maybe some corn

Actually my food today is between 1300 and 1400 calories (I use the Health Tracker).  I added a Kashi bar that I didn't originally plan to eat

Before I work out I usually eat a few low fat Ritz crackers and some colby cheese--you could try that--and of course some fruit--grapes, banana, pear, apple, strawberries.....I love fruit!

I am so proud of you getting your run on!  It truly is addictive--I ran 4 miles last night.

Don't stress about a certain size dress!!  You will be stunning in whatever dress you choose as long as you love yourself and are proud of the amazing work you've done!!
