Had a great time at the OH lunch on Saturday!  Next time I hope more of you can join us.

Yesterday I tackled the seasonal clothes/shoe swap--that took several hours to complete.  Also cleaned out a bunch of stuff I wasn't wearing--it fit, but I wasn't wearing it, and got rid of some shoes that have seen better days.  I had this unatural fear that my Summer clothes wouldn't fit.....and they should...I weigh exactly the same as I did last Summer.  I guess that is from years of busting out of my clothes each season.  I'm happy to report that my shorts fit!! 


I found my one pair of fat pants while doing this (they are the only thing I kept from pre-surgery and I store them in the plastic tub with my off season clothes).  I always slip them on for a visual of how far I've come--and as a reminder of all the hard work I've done...and then I have to prance to wherever my DH is in the house to make him look too! 

Eats today:

B1-Jimmy Dean D-lights bagel breakfast sandwich
B2-4 oz roasted chicken meat
L-sushi
S-banana
S-Chobani yogurt
D-spaghetti and meat sauce

Dessert-sf choc pudding cup

Workout tonight is P90X arms and shoulders

Kim it was so good to see all of you Saturday.  It was nice to finally meet Cathi and Leslie.  The ones that did not show up missed a wonderful time.  I always enjoy my OH gatherings.   It helps keep me accountable.  I have found and seen that the ones who drop out of the support groups and weight loss gatherings is the ones that is not working the tool we have been given and have put back on some pounds.   
 
For today I have had 6 pecan halves and water. 
Lunch I am meeting a friend and will have some smoked chicken with just a few bites of the bread.   I will bring home the rest and eat later.
Not sure yet about dinner.

Did our picture come out good??  I need to find Cathi and make sure she is on my friends list....what is her screen name?

I really enjoyed hanging with the girls (oh, and my DH!).  Can't wait to do it again soon....

We got stuck in that I-65 N traffic going home.....took us several hours....there was a bad accident and 5 people were killed....very sad.

Kim I posted the pictures on facebook.  I got 3 and they were so so not the best.  I did go over to Belks and got some tops.  The weather was wonderful for me.

Good Morning! I hate i missed the luncheon but it was too far for me to travel and J was suppose to have a tournament but that was cancelled due to rain.

B-maple brown sugar oatmeal from mydietshopz.com low carb, high protein, nasty stuff. LOL.
L-kraut and polish sausage broccoli w/ cheese
S-protein shake
D-protein bar
S-protein shake

Not sure how far you are from Prattville, but anytime you want to do a lunch nearer you, I am game.  Always up for a road trip!

Good morning.  I had a good time and so glad to meet you, Cathi, and Leslie.  Always glad to see Louise.  Cant wait to see the pic.  I was going to eat the rest of my soup for supper but i gave one bite to my husband and he enjoyed it so i had half of a banana sandwich.

I have an outfit pre surgery too that i kept.  I look at it but i have never put it on. 

B-Atkins Protein Shake
    and sip on my tea with splenda
L-Atkins Protein Shake
   thats the plan but things could change. i feel a little hungry today.

We should definitely meet more often.  Hopefully next time I won't be so tired!
I really wish I had kept a pre-surgery outfit.  Guess I was so happy to get out of those sizes I got rid of them ASAP!

B:  1 egg, 1 slice toast, 1 slice chicken, 1 slice cheese
S:  Coffee and a Plum
L:  1/2 c. walnuts and almonds, 6 wheat crackers, 2 oz. cheddar cheese
S:  Protein Bar
D:  3 oz. pork chop, 1/2 c. cooked carrots, 1 tea biscuit
S:  Apple

Getting in lots of water in effort to moisturize my sunburn from the inside!
Exercise:  3 mile walk
