Friday! Whatcha Eatin? Exercising? Weigh in Day!!
Did you weigh today? I did--and I'm on the higher end of my 3 lb range, so time to up the cardio and stop mindless nibbling!
Today's eats:
B1-Jimmy Dean D-Light bagel breakfast sandwich
B2-slim jim
L-pita sandwich (going out)
S-Greek yogurt
S-banana
D-baked chicken and veggies
No exercise today for me-Friday is off day. I'll run tomorrow and I'll do yoga Sunday.

Good Morning. Its been a hectic week for me and i hate that i havent popped in to post. I did come today to check the weigh-in. I wasnt quite as successful this week in my mindless eating. TOM is visiting and im bloated and miserable yet the snack monster rears its head.

I have been following both of you each day but just never post. I thought that I would start the weekly weigh in and post. So for this morning I am down 3# from last week. I am jumping for JOY!!!!. Just goes to show if we cut out all the junk we can do it. I had gotten hooked on the Paula Deen oohey gooey butter cake from Wal Mart and ever time I walked in that store I could hear it calling my name, and then at the check out I had to have a hershey bar with almonds. I have cut out the cake, candy, crackers. Now when I need something between meals I will eat some Naturally More peanut butter with a couple of ritz crackers. I drink 4 bottles of water ever day for a total of 64 ozs. We can do this.
You are so right Louise, we can do it! I do things like mindlessly grab a few M&Ms when I walk by someone's office or just eat something because it is there...not always when I'm hungry.
I'm sipping my hot tea today to chase the hungries away!
Way to go on the loss this week--oh, and I've never tried that cake but it sounds DEVINE!
