I am down 2 lbs this week! a big wooohooo! i do ok til about 10lbs and then it finds it way back to me, so remind me to keep on keepin on with the good stuff bc i slip too often!

B-scrambled egg w/ cheese 1 pc of sausage
L-1/4chicken white w/ slaw and baked beans
S-protein shake
D-? we'll be at the ballfield til 830.
