Spring Forward Monday! Whatcha Eatin? R U Moving?
Well we lost an hour this weekend, but we get more daylight each day! Yeay! That means more days of running after work and not freezing to death!
Does your food schedule get all mixed up when times change? Mine gets off. I need a week to adjust.
Food today:
B1 5:00 a.m.-Jimmy Dean D-Light breakfast bagel sandwich
B2 8:00 a.m.-Kashi bar
L 11:00 a.m.-left over rice and turkey sausage dish
S 1:00 p.m.-banana
S 2:00 p.m.-Chobani pineapple yogurt
D 7:00 p.m.-not sure, I'm traveling to Norcross today--I'll probably pick up a salad or Subway
Dessert-coffee
I'll do abs tonight at the hotel--and I'll watch Heavy--is anyone watching that?

Good Morning, things have been soooo hectic around here! i tried to come last week but with the new lady i just didnt make it. Hopefully i'll be here atleast every morning to log my food. Im trying so very hard to lose weight and i need motivation or support. sometimes i feel so lost in what to eat. Its one extreme or the other for me.
The time change hasnt messed me up except for sleep! man i couldnt get out of bed this morning!
food for me is
B-3/4c cottage cheese w/ cinnamon and splenda
L-1c chicken stew
S-protein shake
D-1 egg scrambled w/cheese and pc of sausage maybe 1sl ww toast
i doubt i work out tonight, i'll be watching the finale of the bachelor!! im going to shoot for 20 mins on the elliptical at home but my legs are sooo sore from yesterdays workout/ball practice!
