The MOST Important Rule

I left this one off yeasterday but there is 5 rules for a successful weight loss.
The 5th rule is Take all your supplements.  Here is the list that I have always heard from my surgeon and from all the OH conferences that I have attended.
Take a multi vitamin ever day.  If you do the childrens gummy take 2.
Calcium Citrate not carbonate.  Our body does not metabolise carbonate.  We need from 1200 to 1500mg ever day in divided doses.  Make sure your calcium has Vit D added.
B12 is so very important.  You can do  this ever day sublingual or do a monthly injection.  Also now out is a nasal spray that is done once weekly. 
What ever you do PLEASE make sure that you get these supplements in each and ever day.  And also please see your doctor and get those labs done.
