Today's Goals- What are they?
Well, I've been awake since 3:30 am and out of bed since 4:30, so I hope to make it thru the day without killing anyone, first!...I've had coffee and an Atkins protein bar and plan to do weights and turbo kick at the Y at 8am. B-protein bar and coffee
Weights and turbo kick
Post-workout snack -1 c cottage cheese w/ brown sugar/Splenda and cinnamon(YUM!)
Lunch-grilled chicken and small salad at Mexican restaraunt with friends
Snack- green tea( helps with belly fat!) and Atkins bar
Run 3mi at the Y while son practices baseball
Dinner- Hamburger patty with cheese
Addtional Goals:
Get 100 oz of water in
Rest, b/c of weird sleep schedule last night!!!
