Where are our daily accountability posters???!!!  Come back!!

Last night I forced myself to do P90X chest and back and ab ripper X.....I really didn't feel like working out....but I needed to as yesterday was a "hungry" day......I grazed all day and could never get full.  Today I'm "back to normal".  Yesterday I ordered P90X Plus....it is 5 additional workouts to add to the 12 in the original set.....I need some more variety!!

Food today:

B-Jimmy Dean D-light breakfast bagel sandwich
S-Kashi bar
L-Chunky soup, crackers, banana
S-Chobani mango
D-leftover spaghetti and meat sauce

Dessert--coffee

Exercise tonight will be HIIT on treadmill
