Friday! Whatcha Eatin? R U Movin??
TGIF! Looks like we dodged a bullet last night with the severe weather....all is well in Helena.
I'm happy to report that I weighed today and all is good--I have not gained...but I do need to watch what I'm putting in my mouth and concentrate on protein so I feel full longer. I guess we can never let our guard down!
Food today:
B-Jimmy Dean D-Light bagel breakfast sandwich
S-3 oz roasted chicken
L-Healthy Choice Thai style chicken and veggies
S-Chobani cherry
D-spaghetti & meatsauce
Dessert--none because I'll have a ****tail this evening
Exercise today--usually I'm "off" on Fridays, but I will do P90X when I get home today because I missed last night
This weekend: Saturday will run, Sunday will do P90X yoga. We are hosting a cookout tomorrow and I'm making my yummy grilled lemon pepper wings.
