EMOTIONAL ROLLAR COASTER

Hello my bandster friends, how is everyone doing?
Went to see Dr. Hannon yesterday and  had an emotional break down, been having an emotional rollar coaster ride since before the holidays.....the staff was fabulous, listened to me pour my heart out, and scheduled an appt. for me to see a psychologist.  Will be seeing  him next wed.  I am an emotional eater and have been eating a lot of starches, sweets and stuff I know better not to eat, but my brain is not co-operating.  It has been a tough 4 months.  This doctor they want me to see is going to be conducting a special program for lap band patients who are having a hard time losing thier weight....at least I can admit I needed help!
One positive aspect of this journey, I am participating in a great excercise program in my community, and that seems to help some with the chemical embalance I am experiencing.  I also am pushing myself to get out and walk a couple miles at least once a week when I do not excercise with the group.
Sometimes life just gets in the way of what we want to accomplish...wll try to keep my support group here posted of my progress.  Please keep me in your prayers.

We are here for you.  We all have our struggles--it is wise to admit you have an issue and deal with it.  I wish you much success.

Thank you for your support.,  It is amazing how fast life can catch up with us and we are unprepared.  I am sure this psycologist will get me back on the right path.  It is just unnerving to fall apart like that.
On another note, am having problems trying to get a new photo down to a jpeg size...I have seached all folders, and help section with no luck...do you know how to make a picture the size OH wants the pics to be?  Thank you.  Farmgirl58

Sorry you are having a hard time. Admitting it is usually the biggest hurdle. I like Dr Hannon. I see Dr
Weinstein in that group.

you'll need to open the picture in a photo editing software (like photoshop) and resize it t 100x100 megapixels....then save it at the new size...it should work then....

If you will send the picture to the OH picture dept they will size and put up on your profile.  Gwen that post on her does it for OH.   Maybe she will be along and can tell you more.
