Thursday! Whatcha Eatin? Exercising?

Tonight is Bunco!  So I wont be working out....I did do my HIIT on the treadmill last night.  I like the fact that it gets done quickly!!

I feel "puffy" so I got on the scale last night....I think I may have gained a few lbs....(wont really know until I weigh tomorrow morning.....I always weigh on Fridays).  I'm going to cut back a bit and increase protein and water..........that always seems to fix it!  I haven't exercised as intensely the past 2 weeks--that may be part of the issue....I'll get back full force this weekend!

Food today:

B-1/2 c cottage chs with NSA peaches, 1/2 ww english muffin
S-roasted chicken (3 oz)
L-Healthy Choice Whiskey Chicken, nectarine
S-Chobani strawberry banana
D-Bunco hostess is serving grilled pork chops (yum!) and salad

I'll refrain from dessert since I'm "puffy"!
