What can I take for a headache?

Hi everybody,

What can I take for a headache?  I am afraid of taking ibuprofen.  Can I take Tylenol?

I used to take a lot of ibuprofen, but I have not taken anything at all since my surgery on 01/11/11.

Tylenol is it now....you should not take any NSAIDS (whi*****ludes asprin and ibuprofen)

You can also take Percogesic it has tylenol and a little extra.  I buy the generic at Target and have no problem taking it.  I only take it if I need something a little better than Tylenol. 

Louise , I take the Percogesec too . THat is all I have ever taken...Be careful though as it will make you sleepy ...It had Benadryl in it or properties of it but wonderful for minor and mid pain.

Shirley the old Percogesic used to not have the Benadryl.  The generic that I buy from Target does not have the benadryl, it is like the old kind.  Even the old kind makes me sleepy, I usually only just take one.  The old one had an antihistamine but was not benadryl.
