Good morning.  I have been up since before 5.  Just could not sleep well last night.  I think that is the price I pay for running on FAST all the time.  You would think I would be burning calories and fat!!  If I am it is not showing up yet.  I am trying to get off my diet coke.  I have gone from that being all I drink to only one 16 oz a day.  Now I think that is pretty good for an addict don't you???
Have a wonderful Thursday and guess what.......the weekend is almost here!!!

Good Morning Ms. Debbie.  I would say i was a Diet Dr. Pepper addict before surgery.  I was drinkin a 6 a day.  They were so good.  I have not had anything carbonated in 4 years. I dont miss them.  I hope you have a wonderful day too.

Checking in.  When I got myself off the soft drinks I lost 10 pounds.  Discovered Cherry Coke and found 15 pounds.  Kicked the habit and off they came.  Try Crystal Lite.   Now that I have gotten used to them--I can't tolerate the soft drinks!  But hey--cutting down to 1 a day--big help now kick that one to the curb!

Good Morning Debbie.  Oh do I know what you are talking about.  I was hooked on McDonalds sweet tea.  I have quit making tea at home, even tho I used decaf tea.  I buy bottled water it just has a different taste than tap water.  I drink 4 16 oz bottles ever day.  You can do it.  Keep up the good work.

I was a Tab girl until August 2008 when I gave up carbonation in prep for the new lifestyle.  I've tried a sip here and there of soda, but the fizz really gets to me.

One a day probably wont hurt you, but if you are really addicted to them, you should try to give it up all together.  You can do it!!

Have a great day!
