Tuesday! Whatcha Eatin? R U Exercising?

Spring has sprung!  I saw some daffodils on my way into the office today!! 

Did you all enjoy the gorgeous weekend we had?  I sure did!  Saturday I washed my car and cleaned it out, then I went running.  Sunday we hiked.  Yesterday did some shopping then P90X in the basement with the doors open to let the fresh air in.

Food today:
B-1 slice ww toast with PB and 1/2 banana
S-slim jim
L-Chunky soup and crackers, 1/2 apple
S-Chobani strawberry banana
D-blackened fish

Exercise--not sure--I have a dinner with customers so depending on what time I get home, I may do P90X chest and back....I hate that workout but haven't done it in a while....it is time.

Are yall terrified of re-gain?  Sometimes I am really afraid that all the weight I lost is just lurking and waiting to reattach itself to my body.  I try to be reasonable and take preventative measures like exercising and eating right most of the time.....but I really do get freaked out sometimes about it.  I read on here so many posts about people that are 3+ years out and they have regained 30-50 lbs......I cannot go thru that again.  I am getting close to my 2nd surgiversary so I'm sure the "honeymoon" is over and it is all on me now....I guess I'm feeling the pressure.......

The weekend was great. I went with my husband to Savannah, Georgia on Saturday and got home sat night and slept from 830pm till 10am Sunday morning. Cleaned house Sunday afternoon and Monday. Walked with my Mom Monday afternoon. So back to work today.

Perfect weekend! We've got a Mardi Gras parade in Millbrook this weekend so hopefully the weather will hold!

B - Atkins protein bar
S - coffee
L - Mexicali Chicken
S - Slim Jim
D - Spaghetti - we're going to a fundraiser so I'm not sure what else they'll have

Excercise is walking today.  It's to gorgeous to stay inside.

Kim - I'm not far enough out yet to be worried about regain, I'm worried about never really losing the weight to begin with.  It's strange how our minds want to cling to that fat!  Your eating and exercise habits speak for themselves.  You're one dedicated lady!  Hang on to the fact that your old weight is too slow to catch up and reattach itself to your body ;>)

Still loving this weather!  Worked the weekend.

This month is my 3 year surgiversary and I haven't struggled with re-gain yet.  I truly feel like I have made a life style change and as long as I keep that up while using my tool, re-gain won't happen.  I do tend to eat more than I used to, but I also put out a lot of energy.  I weigh regularly and when I see a 1-2 lb. gain, I automatically increase the water and protein and exercise more.  I think that is the key!  I hope anyway.  I do not want to ever re-gain the weight I have worked so hard to lose!  Thank god for OH.  Keeps me on track.

B:  1 scrambled egg with cheese, 1 slice whole grain toast
S:  coffee
L:  1 c. caesar salad with 3 oz. grilled chicken
S:  1/2 banana
D:  3 oz. shrimp and scallops with 3/4 c pasta
S:   not sure yet!

Exercise:  3 mile walk in the beautiful sunshine!
