What a great weekend! Now its Monday..Whatcha eating? Exercising?
I went to New Orleans this weekend and had the best time. Indulged in a few alcholic beverages and a bite of a Beignet. I had never had one and the girls i went with ordered one so i had a bite. was good. The whole experience was alot of fun. Im so glad to be back home tho. I feel like i gained a few pounds. Im feeling extra bloated today. TOM doesnt help either lol. So, im getting back on my diet hard core. We have auditors here today so i'll be busy the rest of the day. Kim i hope you dont mind im jumping in and posting for today.
b-half a flatout tortilla w/ 1egg, sausage, 3 mini tater tots, a lil cheese, and some hot sauce burrito
L-half chicken salad from Subway
S-protein shake maybe?
D-baked ham, green beans
I'll be doing 20 minutes on the elliptical tonight. I have to get back in the swing of things.

Sounds like you had a good time :>) I'm making an effort to eat "normal" meals and not just a bite here and there so here's my plan for today.
B - 1 egg scrambled with a little cheese, 2 slices baccon
S - slim jim
L - leftovers from last night - chicken with black beans & corn (about 3/4 cup total)
S - yogurt
D - Swiss steak from crockpot
Working out with the Wii and Jenny McCarthy today.
