I'm back from Norcross--so glad to be home!
Food today:
B-3/4 JImmy Dean D-Light breakfast sandwich
S-Kashi bar
L-Healthy Choice chicken fresca
S-Chobani yogurt
D-going to a pizza joint--so a slice of pizza and a beer or wine if they have it
No exercise today--Friday is day off
This weekend I have a 3 day weekend due to the holiday. Tomorrow I'll do weight workout and then have errands to run. Sunday we'll go hiking! Monday I'll rest and do laundry....and of course I'll workout....probably go running.
Next week is going to be tough. I have several dinner plans: Tuesday lunch brought in then dinner out with customers, Wednesday out with team and Sales rep, for dinner, Thursday bunco......it will be tough to get any exercise in these days and even tougher to stick to a good eating plan!! These kinds of weeks make me uneasy. I'm still scared of gaining weight and even more afraid when I can't get my normal exercise in.....I need to go with the flow better and realize life happens and sometimes I have to change my plans a bit!!! I'm such a control freak.

There is only one way to describe life in the Roberts household right now.....CRAZY!!! My work is so busy. I am working a lot of overtime. Then on the weekends we travel with our ministry. I love it but I sure do need some "down" time.
I check in often but just do not have time to respond.
This is a great big hello to all my friend on the board and I promise to return.....one day..... soon I hope.

I feel so blessed to be having such an easy time with all these new foods. I went to Mexican last night and had a Chicken Taco salad and was able to eat some of it and enjoy it! Of course, I nixed the chips with it and souped it up with salsa and sour cream. Anyway, today has been pretty good! I start my next phase of foods tomorrow!!! Seafood, Fish (YAY...can't wait!), Chicken, Turkey, Deli Meats, and Veggies (that aren't pureed!! WooHoo! lol)

L-Sundried Tomato and Basil Tuna Medley with 3 crackers
S-Fudgesicle (No sugar added)
D-Chicken and cheese baked potato with sour cream (reduced fat)
