Just another Manic Monday! Whatcha Eatin? Exercising?
The weekend was not long enough! Today I'm traveling to Norcross, but I'll have my computer so I'll do the daily post.
Food today:
B-Jimmy Dean D-lights breakfast bagel
S-Kashi bar
L-grapes, Chunky soup and crackers
S-Chobani mango yogurt
D-not sure--traveling with my Korean co-worker so I'm sure we'll eat Korean tonight!
Probably won't do much exercise tonight....I'll do an ab workout in my room.
Everyone have a great day and enjoy this Spring-like weather!

I cheated......
I used 1/2 roll of the Jennie-O Turkey Sausage that has 9g of fat, browned it in a skillett, then added it to a box of Martha White cornbread mix (prepare the mix as directed on the box), and then stirred in about 1/2 - 3/4 cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese.
Baked it in my small cast iron skillet just like regular cornbread.
Not too bad.........the bread portion is bad but the turkey sausage and cheese add some protein!
I make up different stuff sometimes because I get bored with the same foods after a while. Had been craving cornbread so experimented with a way to add in protein!
