Hump Day! Whatcha Eatin? Exercising???

I got off my butt and did my P90X last night.  Tonight I'll go run either in the neighborhood or on the treadmill-depending on the weather.

Food today:

B-3/4 slice of toast with PB and banana
S-Kashi bar
L-Healthy Choice roasted chicken marsala, Chinese pear
S-Chobani honey yogurt
D-burger patty and corn

Dessert-coffee

im NOT ready for the snow. I am but im not. lol. If i can stay out of work then let it come on so i can stay home and play with jayden but normally he's out of school and i have to work.

I didnt exercise last night

B-1/2c cottage cheese and 1/2 bagel thin w/ buffalo velveeta. its a new find ofmine and i had to try it.
L-bbq, green beans, slaw
s-protein shake
D-cottage cheese probably. i've been craving it. If not ill have leftover ham w/ black eye peas

Not sure what im eating today.  I brought a Banana to work and my SF Kool Aid.  Cant you tell i need to be going to the grocery store.

We went to eat Mexican for lunch yesterday for one of the girls bday here in the office.  We walked 8 blocks back to the office.  I ate 1/2 beef taco.  I did walk 7 different times yesterday and ate 1 slice of pizza for supper.  I think i need more food in my diet but im just not hungry.  Working on it though
