I'm back in Alabama! I'm so happy to be home!  I continued my "world tour" where food is concerned broadening my horizons with more Korean food and I ate Japanese Wednesday--tried my first raw sushi and it was amazing! 

Food today:
B-Jimmy Dean D-Light bagel breakfast sandwich
S-Kashi bar
L-leftovers from Mexican last night
S-Chobani strawberry banana
D-baked pork chops and veggies

No exercise tonight--Friday is day off.

This weekend I'll run and hike.  Everyone have a great weekend.

moving slow today.  worked for 18 days straight.  getting outta here in a few and think i'm gonna head to SC for the weekend for a little R&R

Kim just walked outside and was thinking the same thing, but it is still just a little to cool for me to let that top down.  I am so ready for spring so I can drop that top.

We love Fatz.  Just saying the other day we needed to go visit relatives in Columbia so I could go to Fatz.   Have fun and don't eat to much.

Tried my first scrambled eggs today!  : )  I know I said I was gonna have some for supper the other night, but that never happened, lol!  Handling them pretty good right now!  So, YAY!  New food I can eat!  Can't quite eat one egg, which is so odd!  I'm still dealing with not being able to eat quantity.  I ate a half of a banana last night for the first time also.  I feel like a baby trying new foods. 

My husband comes home tonight and all my kids too, so I am not sure what I will be eating tonight!  I was hoping to stay on the breakfast foods, like maybe some grits.  I definately need to invest in some unflavored protien powder to sprinkle on all my foods to up the protien content.  My doctor wants me to try to eat protien as much as possible but of course that is imposible.

I am a little behind on my liquid intake for today because I took Loratab this morning and slept most of the day.  But, I'm working on it!  : )  Yall have a great rest of Friday and weekend!
