Wednesday--Whatcha Eatin? R U Exercising?

I got my yummy fish last night at Pappadeauxs in Norcross....really good, but such huge portions....I threw away so much more than I ate.  I worked out at the hotel gym (ran on the treadmill) for about 30 mins....got bored with it after that.  Tonight I'll do the elliptical for a few mins then some weights.  This hotel has a great workout room. 

Food today:

B-scrambled egg, sausage patty, 1/2 sl ww toast and some canteloupe
L-maybe Subway
S-banana, granola bar
D-Japanese

I know. ... I know.    Just no sleep since Monday night. And then it was only 3 hours.  I managed to get in some sliced roast beef at lunch.

Its called a demanding career and unrealistic deadlines.   and it's gonna be the same tonight.

Since they called the school delay J went to spend the night w/ his memi and i went out to dinner w/ a friend. had some bbq nachos. freaking awesome.

Tonight i'll have to bring J his dinner. bbq. he loves the stuff.

B-sausage biscuit (bad, bad, bad)
L-cabbage beef soup
D-bbq chicken salad

I've been slacking on my water intake this week.

Thank you so much for posting about those Jimmy Dean D-lites...had one this morning, for bfast for the first time...YUMMO! Loved it. Just had to say "thanks" ...

Overslept this morning like all the rest this week!  Not having kids at home has spoiled me!  So, needless to say Breakfast was a bust!

L-Refried Beans (1 TBLS), cheese(1 TBLS), tsp low fat sour cream
S-Mozzerella Cheese
D-Scrambled egg with cheese (?)

Trying to get my fluids in!  Having a hard time with them.  And really focusing getting my protien to help heal up!
