Need to post a new picture....

I am needing some step by step guidance on how to post a new picture.  I tried the other day, but said I need to put it JPEG?  I guess that means smaller.  Can anyone out there help me?
Tired of looking at the old, plus with this weight off, do look a little different.

Do you mean change your profile picture?  (your avatar)

Open the picture in a picture formatting program.  You must re-size it to 100x100 pixels...most programs allow you to identify the exact size you want....then save the new picture as a .jpg.  You should be able to use that picture as your avatar.

 The photo must be sized to exactly 100 x 100 pixels and be under 20K in compression size.  You can upload a jpg (most common format) or gif (normally larger in compression). Scale the photo to equal sides.  RIOT has a feature than will reduce to 100 x 100 and will then reduce the compression.  I usually go with 10 to 18

 Just download the program and when you have edited the photo in RIOT save.  You can then upload it to OH.  If you have any problems you can send the unedited photo to [email protected] along with your username and it will be uploaded for you
