CONGRATS.....STICK with the plan and done forget the fast losing pace ends about 18-24 months...some have said thiers ended within the first year even so lose all you can because you will have about sa 20 % bounce back..   Ithink that is about average at some point for most but not certain,,
I only say this as noone told me , NOT EVEN my Dr so I freaked out when it happened..   I needed to gain a little actually but you know how that it when your on a losing streak then you gain ,...  IT IS LIKE THE END       lol
Haved a great week

Congratulations on the weight loss.  I too have lost 60 lbs, but it has taken me about a year to lose it as i have had the realize band.  Right now am at a stand still, but have started an excercise class (ZUMBA and the 3 mile walk cd with a group of ladies)  Been two weeks since I started the class, have lost only 2 lbs, sort of disappointed, was hoping to have lost at least 4lbs.  I have cut back on a lot of the junk food I was eating during the holidays and trying to drink more water, cut out the sweet tea!  But I have a slow matabolism, low thyroid, but am not giving up.  It will just have to come off in tiny bits I guess.
Keep up the good work....I am sure you feel a 100% better than you previously did before losing the weight.
