Thursday! Whatcha Eatin? Exercising?

So I've been bad this week (or so that is what I kept telling myself)....haven't exercised as much as I normally do....the weather is big factor, and work, and a funeral....basically--life throws curve balls.  And that is okay.  I have to give myself permission to OCASSIONALLY vary from my schedule since in life I will sometimes face curve balls--and this is for LIFE....the KEY is getting right back on track--and I am 100% confident that I will.

Food today:

B-Jimmy Dean D-Light ww bagel sandwich
S-Kashi bar
L-1/2 ham and cheese wrap and Chunky soup
S-Chobani pineapple yogurt and grapes
D-not sure....

Won't exercise since I've got to go to a funeral.

B-same as you except after 2 bites the bagel wasnt sitting right. I look the sausage and egg off and put it on half a bagel thin still couldnt get down but a few more bites
L-hamburger steak w/ gravy, mac and cheese, and turnip greens. split w. a coworker
D-stroganoff w/ egg noodles and green beans. both in a crock pot at home.

I cant seem to keep anything down. Last night i tried to eat breakfast for supper and after being completely misrable from 3 butes of food i went and threw up. This morning, i didnt throw up put it sat like a rock in my stomach until at 9 which is when i would normally have my "snack" but i couldnt eat. I ate lunch just a min ago and again its sitting in my chest like a rock. I feel like i could throw up but STUPID me came down and took my pill shortly after and i need it so i cant go throw up. Im sipping coffee to see if it'll help. I dont know whats up but it hurts.

Hil--if that keeps up, go get it checked out...better to be safe than sorry.
