Been out of pocket for several months

Hello, my  name is Sheila, live in Butler, Al.  Had my lap band about 20 months ago....so far have lost approx 60 lbs...but have fallen off the wagon.  Have been at the same weight for over 6 months now,,,,doc is not too happy with me.  Eating all the wrong foods, hadn't been excersizing etc;etc;.....I am now trying to get back on the program...guess I lost the first 60 at a fairly fast rate and felt so good...but that endorphin feeling has vanished.  Been going through some emotionally upsetting life problems which am trying to sort out also. 
This evening am going to go to my first ZUMBA Dance excercise class...really looking forward to going....need all the encouragement I can get. 
How are all my old friends doing?  I will be celebrating a mile stone in my life in Feb...the BIG 60, and guess I am going through a mid life crisis sort of late in life...I am now considered a young senior...most of the people I work with are at least 30 to 35yrs younger than I am, they have no respect for thier seniors! LOL  Anyway, lots of emotional issues going on in my life at the moment. 
I need to continue coming back to this site...when I first started losing, this was my biggest support....I miss that. 
Will keep everyone up to date as to how things are going...would like to lose another 50 lbs by the end of this year!!  Hugs to all my friends.   Sheila

Hey Sheila!  Good to see you.  Yes, this board is the most awesome support, and I couldn't do it without it.  You know what to do--now do it.  We are here for you.

BTW, my daughter and I are going to a Zumba class this week--I hear it is a blast!
