Had a fun, busy weekend!  Stephanie "said yes to a dress"!  Her dress is gorgeous!  We also went to the bridal show and that was fun.  My 3 sisters were here too from LA and we had a great time hanging out and playing that dance game on the Wii!  My sister is a photographer and she did some "boudoir" shots for me--can't wait to see those (it was very comical--that is so not me!)

Went running Saturday, and did P90X yesterday....which is good because we also had king cake my sisters brought up!

Food today:
B-quiche
S-Kashi bar
L-taco soup
S-Chobani yogurt
D-red beans with ham and sausage

I am cooking beans today to take to the office tomorrow--two huge pots on the stove cooking and will cook all day.  Gonna go run this afternoon.

Have a good day!

so did she pick the dress that you had already posted? BTW, i love the Say Yes to the Dress show on TLC. makes me almost want to get married. LOL

I did 20 minutes on the elliptical last night. a big no no according to my dr as my skin has pulled away from my stitches leaving a hole. I figure the holes already there so i'll do another 10-20 minutes tonight maybe only holding on and not using my arms.

B-1/2c cottage cheese w. 5 grapes and 4tiny blueberries. not as good as my peaches but i was not home.
L-kraut and polish sausage, broccoli and cheese and pintos.
S-Kashi bar (if needed)
D-i'll be picking up J from Jans so i'll eat there prob.

I was worried about gaining bc i was at Jans last week and then at my moms and has all out of whack BUT i lost a pound. its better than a gain!!!

Hope you have a great day!

Girl, what did I miss? Why do you have stitches?  What happened??

No, the dress she got is the same style, but it is a different dress....here it is!

i had a mole removed in the middle of my back that came back bad so they had to go in and get the rest of the cells. had stitches for a lil over a week but they took them out today and steri striped it hoping it'd come together some. I'll havea nice freaking scar :(

That dress is BEAUTIFUL. Did she get it at Something Blue? Did you have a nice trip to hartselle?

The scar is better than something bad!  It will fade.  Glad you are on the mend.  Yes, she got her dress at Something Blue, and we had a great time in Hartselle....there was still tons of snow on the ground!  We ate at the Freight House afterward...very charming!

Maybe you can come meet us for lunch when we come for fittings???!!!

Oh yes, im SO glad the snow is moving on out. I would love to meet yall! just me know when!

and of course id rather have a scar than skin cancer anyday! No more tanning bed for me. If you know me, i have an addiction to tanning. It'll be a hard road but i can do it. Guess i'll learn to go pastey! haha.

yeah they are pretty good. high in protein, low in carbs, no sugar, low fat. i made about 2 dozen the other day and put them in freezer.  2 minutes in the microwave, add some salsa, and you got a meal.

you should start that P90X.  and do what you can of it.
