Thursday! Whatcha Eatin? Exercising?

Well, I missed exercise last night because the Publix was stripped bare (their trucks can't get to them), the roasted chickens were 1 hour from being done so I had to buy steaks and cook, and it took me forever to find alternatives to what I was looking for in the store....so by the time I got groceries put away and dinner cooked it was 8:00.

Food today:
B-1/2 c cottage chs with light peaches 1/2 ww eng muffin
S-Kashi bar (and I just scarfed 1/4 of a cin roll from Edgars!)
L-Healthy Choice meal
S-Chobani pineapple
D-fish sticks and french fries

Dessert-jello

Not the best food day for me!!  But stuff happens.....tonight I'll do P90X chest and shoulders....the workout I like the least...but I need the upper body work.

trying to help one of the girls here in the office get some weight off.  SO i will be walking on both breaks and my lunch hour today.

im still at my moms and im so ready to be home!!! i hate that about Publix, luckily i went to the grocery store Saturday. 269$ later i have enough to last me a few weeks (i think)

B-ham and cheese omlette from Schwans. these are really good and i had them in the freezer @ work
L-roasted chicken breast salad from Subway w FF ranch
S-protein shake if needed
D-who knows im at my moms. im guessing taco soup since moms working (we had sketti last night)

i didnt weigh today but i will as soon as i get home. i have to work extra hard next week to meet my goal for the dr appt. im not sure i can do it cus i dont know the damage of this week, i'll be happy if i have stayed put. i will also hit the elliptical as soon as i get home!!
