Just an update
Hi everybody,
My surgery is supposed to be today. My husband and I came over to the hospital last night about 9 because the roads were so bad. By the time, we got here, they were closing the roads. About 11:18 p.m. my cell phone rang and it was the hospital telling me my surgery was canceled. I called my surgeon's office and told them to have him call me. He called me and I let him know exactly what I thought and he said okay we will do your surgery later in the day. Crestwood went ahead and gave us a room, and we are now waiting for the surgeon to get here. All of the OR staff is here. It has been a really rough night but will be worth it all in the end. I got so mad when they canceled it because I had already drank that nasty stuff. YUCK!! AND I had of course taken off work, my husband had taken off work, we had arranged for the kids to be taken care AND for the dogs to be taken care of AND for the cat to be taken care of, LOL. We gotta get this done and get back home to our babies!

Kim so glad that you decided to camp out at the hospital. Just in a short little while you will be on that loser's bench with the rest of us. Please update as soon as you can. I will have you in my thoughts today. Wish you will with the surgery. Remember walk and sip and then walk and sip some more.
